01 What the room is

The strategies, systems, hacks and tools I use to run my own Shopify and Amazon businesses. Many of them are built with AI now. A bigger boost in my productivity and my team's, higher quality output, more revenue and profit, while the team went from a maximum of 20 people down to only 2.

Once a month I share those systems, strategies, hacks and tools with the room: how I rank a product, how I find a supplier, what I change in PPC, and the thing that does the work. Some of it is implemented using AI. You copy it into your own Shopify or Amazon business. There is a live Q&A for whatever you are stuck on, a community of operators running real businesses, and a vault of the tools, SOPs and AI skills behind all of it.

It runs as an intake, not a rolling signup, so that the room stays a room. That is why there is a list rather than a checkout.
